Headaches

Case 1

30 year old client came with a complaint of weekly headaches that at times would be debilitating lasting for weeks without relief. Headaches were described as throbbing in character bilaterally at the temples and the forehead. Patient believed the headaches to be work/stress related. She also had headaches upon waking but was less intense and tension is felt in the area between the eyebrows. Other symptoms included nasal congestion in the mornings and reports having cold hands and feet.

Treatment: Client came in for 10 treatments of facial rejuventation acupuncture.

Results: Morning headaches and nasal congestion completely cleared after the 6th acupuncture treatment and by the 8th treatment, weekly headaches were no longer present.
